SOLVED: I removed all drivers of Tascam and reinstalled the latest version which solved the case
I use the Tascam US 4x4 HR as follows:
- USB connection to PC with Windows10 and DAW pro tools
- Line1 and Line2 are connected to DI of a Boss GT10 pedal board with stereo effects
Settings are set to In 1-2: Stero, Line out 1-2 to Monitor Mix
I hear the sound - on headphones and speakers - from the PC in stereo, but what comes from the pedalboad (Line1 and Line2) in Mono.
When I set the settings to stereo, close the settings and re-open it, it is set (back) to mono.
How can I fix this?
PS when I connect my pedalboard with the DI to my Behringer in-ear system for rehearsals and gigs, then I get the proper stereo sound. So the settings of my DI and pedalboard are ok.
